I’ve recently been investing most of my time building a CCIE rack instead of reading. Also, most of the stuff I’ve been reading are overlapping topics that I’ve been through a month or two ago and I find I’m wasting a lot of time by going over the same material over and over again. I’ve come to the conclusion I should only be going over the topics I’m not familiar with in order to give me more time to practice and lab for the advanced technologies. I’ll still be reading the summaries and command reviews of every chapter; just to make sure I covered everything, but I won’t be reading every page. If need to, in the lab portion of my studies, I’ll be going back to those chapters in case I missed something.
